Leafmover
Helping creators turn attention into opportunity.
Leafmover helps creators turn their audience into a real business.
Most creators already have the attention. The challenge was never visibility. It was conversion.
Many spend years accumulating followers without a system that lets them generate income, offer services, sell products, or create long-term value from the attention they've earned.
I lead product at Leafmover — from the original thesis about ownership over dependency, through the AI-assisted website and commerce tooling, to the systems that help creators price, package, and sell what they know.
Attention Is Not An Asset
Most people think the creator economy is about building an audience. We think it is about building ownership.
Followers can disappear. Algorithms can change. Platforms can evolve. Attention alone is fragile — it is rented, not owned, and it can be taken away by a policy change nobody voted on.
What creators truly need is a way to transform attention into something durable: a product, a service, a community, a business.
Leafmover started with a simple belief: people shouldn't have to wait until they become influencers before they can create economic value online.
The Missing Layer Between Content And Commerce
The internet provides endless tools for creating content. There are platforms for posting videos, platforms for writing, platforms for sharing ideas.
But very few tools help people connect their audience directly to what they offer. As a result, many creators are building attention without building infrastructure.
We wanted to close that gap — not by helping people get more followers, but by helping them do more with the followers they already have.
A Different Way To Think About Creator Tools
Most creator tools focus on presentation. We focused on participation.
The goal wasn't simply creating another website builder. The goal was helping people build a place where value can be exchanged.
The website becomes more than a profile. It becomes a business engine.
Teaching Before Selling
One observation kept surfacing: most people don't lack talent, expertise, or value. What they often lack is clarity.
They don't know how to package what they know, how to communicate their value, or how to transform experience into something people can buy.
This shaped how we thought about the product. Leafmover shouldn't only provide tools — it should help people think more intentionally about the relationship between content, audience, expertise, and commerce.
Because tools alone rarely solve the problem. Understanding does.
Exploring AI As A Creative Partner
Getting started is often the hardest part. Many people know what they want to do — they simply don't know where to begin: writing copy, structuring services, creating offers, organizing products, building a professional presence.
This is where AI became important, not as a replacement for creativity, but as a partner that reduces friction.
Leafmover explores how AI can help people move from idea to execution faster — generating websites, structuring offers, clarifying positioning, and helping people launch sooner.
The objective isn't automation. The objective is momentum — helping people move from intention to action.
What We Learned
Ownership over dependency.
Creators should own their audience relationships rather than depend entirely on third-party platforms.
Action over attention.
Attention is valuable only when it creates meaningful outcomes.
Simplicity creates momentum.
People are more likely to launch when complexity is removed.
Education enables growth.
Understanding often creates more value than features.
Build for the entire journey.
From discovery to conversion, every step should help users move forward with confidence.
The next generation of creators won't simply publish content. They'll build products, services, and communities. The platforms that support them best will be the ones that make that transition easier.
Leafmover exists to help make that possible.
